    基于多源信息的双护盾TBM施工隧洞综合超前地质预报方法及应用

    Comprehensive Advanced Geological Prediction Method Based on Multi-source Information for Double Shield TBM Construction Tunnel and Its Application

    • 摘要: 以兰州市水源地建设工程输水隧洞为背景,根据双护盾TBM施工隧洞可见围岩少、电磁干扰严重的特点,采用经验分析的方法,综合选择以地面地质分析、掌子面围岩观察、掘进参数及岩渣分析、锤击激震三维地震法、三维电阻率法及超前钻探等多源信息为主的超前地质预报方法.根据不同预报方法的特点,提出了适合双护盾TBM施工的综合超前地质预报方法及其应用流程,并提出了基于综合超前地质预报结果的双护盾TBM施工技术.研究表明:基于多源信息的综合超前地质预报方法占用的掘进时间少,实现了地面与洞内相结合、地质分析与物探相结合、物探与钻探相结合、长距离与短距离相结合、定性与定量相结合的预报目标,对涌水、破碎带及软弱围岩等不良地质体具有较好的预报效果.根据综合超前地质预报结果采取处理措施后,可有效地避免隧洞地质灾害的发生或减轻地质灾害的影响,从而保障TBM快速、安全的施工.

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of advanced geological prediction of tunnel constructed by double shield TBM,taking the water conveyance tunnel of Lanzhou water source construction engineering as the background,and according to the technical characteristics of less exposed surrounding rock and serious electromagnetic interference of tunnel constructed by double shield TBM,on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different advanced geological prediction methods,the empirical analysis method is adopted to comprehensively select the ground geological analysis,tunneling face observation,tunneling parameters and rock muck analysis,3D seismic method of hammering shock,3D resistivity method and advanced drilling.In the view of the characteristics of different advanced geological prediction methods,a comprehensive advance geological prediction method and its application process suitable for double shield TBM were proposed.The tunnel construction technology by double shield TBM was put forward based on the comprehensive advanced geological prediction results.The research results showed that the comprehensive advanced geological prediction method based on multi-source information takes up less excavation time and achieves the prediction objectives of combining ground and tunnel,geological analysis and geophysical exploration,geophysical exploration and drilling,long-distance and short-term,and qualitative and quantitative analysis.It has good prediction effects on unfavorable geological bodies such as water inrush,fractured zones,and weak surrounding rocks.After taking processing measures based on the comprehensive advanced geological prediction results,the occurrence of tunnel geological disasters or the impact of geological disasters can be effectively avoided,thereby ensuring the rapid and safe construction of TBM.
