    不同梳控措施下车-纵连式轨道-桥系统动力性能

    Dynamic Performance of Vehicle-Longitudinally Connected Track-Bridge System Under Different Temperature Stress Mitigation Measures

    • 摘要: 温度应力疏控措施对车-线-桥系统动力性能的影响尚不明确.为此,建立了车-线-桥系统刚柔耦合动力学模型,并开展动载试验进行验证.针对全弱纵连与半弱纵连、竖向与纵向单元化等典型梳控措施,综合评估了其对列车安全性、舒适性及结构动力响应的影响.结果表明:在弱纵连措施下,降低接缝弹性模量虽可减小轮重减载率与车体垂向加速度,但会导致轮轨接触力与轨道板垂向加速度增大;半弱纵连措施的轮轨接触力与轨道板垂向加速度均显著低于全弱纵连.相较于低弹模的宽窄接缝,采用高弹模的弱纵连措施更有利于系统动力稳定.在竖向单元化措施下,解锁深度的增加显著增大了车体垂向加速度与轨道板横向位移;全单元化措施的动力响应远大于局部单元化措施.综合比较,宽窄接缝与砂浆层同时解锁的竖向单元化,并结合3块轨道板纵连为1单元的纵向单元化措施,是系统动力性能最优的疏控措施.

       

      Abstract: The effects of temperature stress mitigation measures on dynamic performance of the Vehicle-Track-Bridge (VTB) system remains unclear.A rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model of the VTB system was established and validated by conducting dynamic load tests.Typical control measures include fully weak longitudinal connection (WLC) and semi-WLC as well as vertical and longitudinal unitization measures,their influences on train safety,comfort and structural dynamic response were evaluated.Under the WLC measure,reducing the joints’ elastic modulus could decrease the wheel load reduction rate and the vertical acceleration of the vehicle body,but it leads to an increase in the wheel-rail contact force and the vertical acceleration of track slab.The wheel-rail contact force and the vertical acceleration of the track slab under the semi-WLC measure are significantly lower than those under the full WLC.Compared with the lower elastic molds,the WLC measures of high elastic molds are more conducive to the dynamic stability of the system.Under the vertical unitization measure,the increase in the unlocking depth significantly enhances the vertical acceleration of the vehicle body and the lateral displacement of the track slab.The dynamic response under the full unitization measure is much greater than that under the local unitization measure.The vertical unitization of unlocking wide-narrow joints and mortar layers,combined with the longitudinal unitization measure of adjacent three track slabs into one unit,is the optimal control measure for the dynamic performance of the system.
