    盾构切削大直径钢筋混凝土群桩掘进参数研究

    Study on Tunneling Parameters of Shield Cutting Large-Diameter Reinforced Concrete Piles Group

    • 摘要: 针对盾构隧道施工穿越建筑物桩基的安全问题,依托沈阳地铁4号线左线盾构截桩工程,通过对比盾构正常推进和截桩过程中的掘进参数,研究掘进参数的变化规律;结合灰色关联法分析主要掘进参数变化的影响因素,从而提出对应的掘进参数优化方案.研究结果表明:盾构截桩时掘进参数波动较大,其中掘进速度和刀盘扭矩整体减小,盾构推力增大;盾构截桩时掘进速度应控制在15~30mm/min,扭矩应控制在3 500~5 500kN·m,推力应不超过28 000kN;截桩时,泡沫注入量与掘进速度、推力、扭矩等盾构的主要掘进参数相关性最大,土仓压力次之;盾构截桩时应增大泡沫注入量,同时根据主要掘进参数的变化调整膨润土注入量和稠度,以避免刀盘结泥饼.实践表明,通过合理设置掘进参数可实现盾构直接切削大直径钢筋混凝土群桩,以期为今后类似工程提供参考.

       

      Abstract: For safety in the construction of shield tunnels passing through pile foundations,this study investigates the change in tunneling excavation parameters in the shield tunneling project of the left section of Shenyang Metro Line 4 during normal shield excavation and pile excavation.The law of variation tunnel excavation parameters is investigated by the gray correlation method and the corresponding excavation parameter optimization plan is proposed.The study shows that the excavation parameters fluctuate greatly when the shield cuts piles.The excavation speed and the torque of the cutting head are reduced overall and the shield thrust is increased.The excavation speed should be controlled at 15~30mm/min,the torque should be controlled at 3 500~5 500kN·m,and the thrust force should not exceed 28 000kN when cutting piles.The foam injection amount is most correlated with the main propulsion parameters of the shield such as propulsion speed,thrust force,and torque,followed by the pressure in the bottom tank.During cutting piles,the shield should increase the foam injection amount and adjust the bentonite injection amount and consistency according to the changes of the main propulsion parameters to avoid the formation of mud cake at the cutting head.In practice,it has been proved that the shield can directly cut large-diameter reinforced concrete pile groups through reasonable adjustment of excavation parameters,providing a reference for similar projects in the future.
