    冲击回波法隧道二衬质量智能检测系统开发及应用

    Development and Application of Intelligent Inspection System for Tunnel Secondary Liner Quality by Impact-echo Method

    • 摘要: 为提高隧道二衬质量检测的效率、准确性、智能化及少人化,基于冲击回波法隧道二衬检测原理及方法,开发了冲击回波法隧道二衬质量智能检测系统.该系统包括冲击回波检测模块、移动平台及分段轨道模块、自动采集与数据智能化解译模块以及两种灵活的装备搭载模式,具有抗钢筋网干扰、稳定激发、适用性强、搭载模式灵活、检测范围广和少人化自动作业等优点,可实现隧道二衬厚度和缺陷的高效智能判识.依托某高原铁路隧道工程的应用结果表明:冲击回波法隧道二衬质量智能检测系统的厚度检测平均相对误差为1.36%,质量缺陷识别准确率均值为87.5%.该系统在隧道二衬质量检测领域具有广阔的应用前景.

       

      Abstract: In order to improve efficiency,accuracy,intelligence and reduced manpower for tunnel secondary lining quality inspection,in this work, the principle and method of tunnel secondary lining inspection by impact-echo method were clarified,and the intelligent inspection system for tunnel secondary lining quality by impact-echo method was developed.The system includes a impact-echo detection module,a mobile platform and segmented track module,an automatic acquisition and intelligent data interpretation module,and two flexible equipment mounting modes.It has the advantages of anti-reinforcement mesh interference,stable stimulation,strong applicability,flexible mounting mode,wide detection range,and automated operation with reduced manpower.Efficient and intelligent recognition of tunnel secondary lining thickness and defects can be achieved.The application results relying on a plateau railway tunnel engineering show that the average relative error of the system’s thickness detection was 1.36%,and the average of quality defect identification accuracy was 87.5%.The system has a broad application prospect in the field of tunnel secondary lining quality inspection.
