Abstract:
To solve the problem of mismatch between industrial structure and water use structure, neglecting the correlation of water use and insufficient consideration of the impact on water quality,a comprehensive utility measurement method for industrial water use based on quantity and quality was proposed. The input-output method and crop growth simulation model were used to calculate water footprint of industrial sectors,a two-stage network super-efficiency Slacks-Based Measure model based on blue and gray water footprint was built to measure the comprehensive utility value of production-governance,the improved Hypothetical Extraction Method was adopted to clarify the flow correlation between water resources in different sectors. The above method was applied to Zhengzhou, the inferior, inferior and middle industrial clusters for Zhengzhou’s growth were derived. The results show the advantageous industrial cluster of Zhengzhou is composed of five tertiary industries, including commerce, and three secondary industries, including metal smelting and goods. For this cluster, the production-governance comprehensive utility value is 0.866,higher than the overall value of 0.578.It accounts for 51.4% of Zhengzhou’s value-added growth, with an 8.7% blue water and 14.0% gray water footprint. The results can be used to execute regional water-based production and allocate industrial water.
